Stunningly beautiful view of the mountain. Good vegetarian breakfast options. - Perfect location on Long Street close to all the nightlife, walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

The hotel was functional and fairly clean inside, I enjoyed it. The location was good: shopping streets and boutiques were within walking distance. This venue was set in a very trendy area. The restaurant here was excellent for New Year's Eve dinner...

Great location, great design, amazing rooms.....in other words: perfect!
Breakfast is poor....you don't understand if the "breakfast included in room price" means continental breakfast or all inclusive, since the staff is handing a menu with prices.....another thing, we came to have breakfast an hour before the official breakfast end time and there was almost no food available....

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
The bathroom in our room did not have a door since the design was meant to be open-concept. This might be ok for a married couple, but for two friends travelling together it is not ideal. The hotel is well situated on long street, but it is also not a good place for someone who needs quiet in order to sleep. The nightlife activities on this street are very loud throughout most of the night.

The twin room here was fabulous with amenities like a safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, while the breakfast offered a delicious and satisfying spread.

The room was beautifully decorated and huge! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money!
Being in Long Street, the hotel was quite noisy (clubs, pubs and crowds) till the early hours of the morning... We only managed to fall asleep after the noise died down..

Oh I love love love Cape Town. The staff at hotel just made my so much better! No task was too difficult for them to complete even though I am quite directionally challenged and literally need directions everywhere. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in General - clean lines "chic" design. Bathroom was spacious and the bath was nice an deep so I could submerge completely. The Eastern Palace serves sushi which is my all time favourite food and it was simply divine - and priced really well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a great central looking amongst the buzz of the city

The location was good and initial service good.
The room and passage smelled like smoke. The turn down service was late after I confirmed it several times.
